The Child Advocacy Center serving Larimer County is a nonprofit organization that provides victims of child abuse and their non-offending family members access to support and services in a safe, compassionate environment. The CAC also works to prevent child abuse through education, serves as an informational resource for those unsure of how to report child abuse, and acts as an educational resource to the community about child abuse.
While the CAC works with professionals in human services and law enforcement throughout Larimer County, it is not a city or county organization and relies on the financial support of corporations, small businesses, and individuals to supplement their grant writing and fundraising efforts. The proceeds from the JailBreak 4 Mile will go toward their operating costs to help them continue to help victims of child abuse. Learn more about Child Advocacy Center.
